Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., any day of the week.
However, the following exceptions apply:
Bike Week. The city council has the power, on a year-by-year basis, to adopt a resolution extending the hours of service of alcoholic beverages until 3:00 a.m. for a period of up to 10 days immediately before and including the Daytona 200 motorcycle race.
Biketoberfest. The city council has the power, on a year-by-year basis, to adopt a resolution extending the hours of service of alcoholic beverages until 3:00 a.m. for a period of up to 10 days during the annual October "Biketoberfest" event.
However, the following exceptions apply:
Bike Week. The city council has the power, on a year-by-year basis, to adopt a resolution extending the hours of service of alcoholic beverages until 3:00 a.m. for a period of up to 10 days immediately before and including the Daytona 200 motorcycle race.
Biketoberfest. The city council has the power, on a year-by-year basis, to adopt a resolution extending the hours of service of alcoholic beverages until 3:00 a.m. for a period of up to 10 days during the annual October "Biketoberfest" event.
