In Deltona, a city in Volusia County, Florida, packaged liquor may be sold between noon and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., any day of the week.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Holidays. Packaged alcoholic beverages, including liquor, may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on:

  • Labor Day
Also, when Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday, packaged alcoholic beverages, including liquor, may be sold beginning at 7:00 a.m.
