In Daytona Beach Shores, a city in Volusia County, Florida, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., any day of the week.

However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Day. On New Year's Day, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold at any time.

Race Weeks. The city council has the power, on a year-by-year basis, to adopt a resolution extending the hours of sale of packaged alcoholic beverages until a specified time during specified periods related to the Daytona 500, the Daytona 200 motorcycle race, and other races held in the Daytona Beach area.

Extended Summer Hours. The city council has the power, on a year-by-year basis, to adopt a resolution extending the hours of sale of packaged alcoholic beverages until 3:00 a.m. from June 1 until Labor Day.
