In unincorporated areas in Volusia County, Florida, packaged liquor may be sold between 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., any day of the week.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Holidays. Packaged alcoholic beverages, including liquor, may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on:
  • New Year's Eve
  • The Fourth of July
  • Labor Day

Race Week. During the 14 days immediately before the Daytona 500, including the day of the race, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.

Motorcycle Week. During the seven days immediately before the Daytona 200 motorcycle race, including the day of the race, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.

Liquor may be served in bars and restaurants between 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

Beer and wine may be served between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., any day of the week.

However, the following exceptions apply:
