In North Cape May, a census designated place in Cape May County, New Jersey, packaged liquor may be sold between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Extended Summer Hours. On Sundays between May 1 and September 30, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Extended Summer Hours. Between the Saturday before Memorial Day and September 30, alcoholic beverages may be served until 5:00 a.m., although new customers may not enter the premises after 3:00 a.m.

In addition, on Sundays between May 1 and September 30, alcoholic beverages may be served beginning at 10:00 a.m.
