In Sunset Village, a census designated place in Upson County, Georgia, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold at any time except between midnight Saturday night and 12:01 a.m. Monday morning.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Election Day. On the day of any federal, state, or local election, the sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited while the polls are open.

Christmas. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.

On-premises service of liquor is prohibited.

On-premises service of beer and wine is prohibited on Sunday. Beer and wine may be served between 7:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:
