In unincorporated areas in Pike County, Georgia, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited.

The sale of packaged beer and wine is prohibited on Sunday. Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 6:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Election Day. On the day of any federal, state, or local election, the sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

Christmas. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.
