In unincorporated areas in Hall County, Georgia, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold at any time except between midnight Saturday night and 12:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon, or between 11:30 p.m. Sunday night and 12:01 a.m. on Monday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, between 11:00 a.m. and 12:45 a.m., Monday through Friday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. on Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve, alcoholic beverages may be served between 8:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m.

Christmas. On-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.
