In unincorporated areas in Forsyth County, Georgia, packaged liquor may be sold between 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, and between 9:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, and between 6:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.

  • Sunday: 12:30 p.m. to midnight
  • Monday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
  • Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
  • Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
  • Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
  • Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. When New Year's Eve falls on a day other than Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be served until 2:00 a.m.
