On-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Sunday. Alcoholic beverages may be served between 7:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.
However, the following exceptions apply:
Extended Hours. Restaurants located inside the tourism development district may apply for an extended hours permit from the city, allowing them to serve alcoholic beverages until 2:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. However, any restaurant that obtains this permit may not serve alcoholic beverages before 10:00 a.m., any day of the week.
However, the following exceptions apply:
