In unincorporated areas in Escambia County, Florida, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, and between 6:00 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, and between 6:00 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Meal Purchase Required. Between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Sundays, alcoholic beverages may only be served along with a meal.

Santa Rosa Island. On the parts of Santa Rosa Island located within Escambia County, alcoholic beverages may be served between 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., any day of the week.

Perdido Key. On the parts of Perdido Key located within Escambia County (other than the land owned by the U.S. government at the eastern end of the island), alcoholic beverages may be served between 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., any day of the week.
