Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Nightclubs. At businesses that have obtained a nightclub license from the city, alcoholic beverages may be served until 6:00 a.m.

Nightclubs may also apply for a permit to serve alcoholic beverages until 7:00 a.m. on New Year's Eve.

Extended Hours Permits. Businesses other than nightclubs may apply for permits allowing any of the following:
  • Service of alcoholic beverages beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Saturdays.
  • Service of alcoholic beverages beginning at either 6:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m. on Sundays.
  • Service of alcoholic beverages until 4:00 a.m. during a holiday or special event.
