Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between noon and 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.
However, the following exceptions apply:
Extended Hours. At businesses that have obtained an extended hours permit from the city, alcoholic beverages may be served until 4:00 a.m., any day of the week.
At businesses that have obtained a separate permit, alcoholic beverages may be served beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Sundays.
New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, businesses that have obtained an extended hours permit may serve alcoholic beverages until 5:00 a.m.
However, the following exceptions apply:
