In West New York, a town in Hudson County, New Jersey, packaged liquor may be sold between noon and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between noon and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, packaged beer and wine may be sold until 3:00 a.m. When New Year's Eve falls on a Sunday, packaged beer and wine may be sold beginning at 7:00 a.m.
