In Union City, a city in Hudson County, New Jersey, packaged liquor may be sold between noon and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between noon and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Holidays. Packaged liquor may be sold beginning at 9:00 a.m. when any of the following days falls on a Sunday:

• New Year's Eve
• New Year's Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between noon and 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m., Monday through Saturday.
