- Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
However, the following exceptions apply:
Christmas. The sale of packaged liquor is prohibited on Christmas Day.
Liquor may be served in bars and restaurants at the following times:
- Sunday: noon to 10:00 p.m.
- Monday: 10:00 a.m. to midnight
- Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. to midnight
- Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. to midnight
- Thursday: 10:00 a.m. to midnight
- Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Beer and wine may be served at the following times:
- Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Mississippi State University Weekday Home Football Games. When a Mississippi State University home football game is held on a weekday, alcoholic beverages may be served until 1:00 a.m.
New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, alcoholic beverages may be served until 1:00 a.m.
