However, the following exceptions apply:
New Year's Eve. There is no mandatory closing time on New Year's Eve.
Other Holidays. Packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold until 2:00 a.m. on the following nights:
- The Sunday before Memorial Day
- July 3
- The Sunday before Labor Day
- November 10
- The Wednesday before Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
