In Collinsville, a city in Madison County, Illinois, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and between 5:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and between 5:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Restaurants. At certain restaurants, alcoholic beverages may be served until 2:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday.

New Year's Eve. When New Year's Eve falls on a day other than Friday or Saturday, alcoholic beverages may be served until 3:00 a.m., although new customers may not enter the premises after 1:00 a.m.

St. Patrick's Day. When St. Patrick's Day falls on a day other than Friday or Saturday, alcoholic beverages may be served until 3:00 a.m., although new customers may not enter the premises after 1:00 a.m.

Night Before Thanksgiving. On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day, alcoholic beverages may be served until 3:00 a.m., although new customers may not enter the premises after 1:00 a.m.
