In unincorporated areas in
Kane County, Illinois, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold at the following times:
- Sunday: noon to 1:00 a.m.
- Monday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Tuesday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Wednesday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
However, the following exceptions apply:
Sunday Morning. Certain businesses are eligible to apply for a permit from the county, which, if granted, allows the sale of packaged alcoholic beverages beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday.
New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold until 2:00 a.m.
Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants at the following times:
- Sunday: noon to 1:00 a.m.
- Monday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Tuesday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Wednesday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
