In unincorporated areas in Fulton County, Illinois, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between noon and midnight on Sunday, and between 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold until 2:30 a.m. Also, when New Year's Eve falls on a Sunday, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold beginning at 6:00 a.m.

  • Sunday: noon to midnight
  • Monday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

  • Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
