In unincorporated areas in Stephens County, Georgia, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited.

The sale of packaged beer and wine is prohibited on Sunday. Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.

On-premises service of liquor is prohibited.

On-premises service of beer and wine is prohibited on Sunday. Beer and wine may be served between 11:00 a.m. and 12:45 a.m., Monday through Friday, and between 11:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. on Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas Even. On Christmas Eve, alcoholic beverages may only be served until 11:45 p.m.

Christmas. On-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.
