In unincorporated areas in Clinch County, Georgia, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold at any time except between 11:55 p.m. Saturday night and 8:00 a.m. Monday morning.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Thanksgiving. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited at all times between 11:55 p.m. on the day before Thanksgiving Day and 8:00 a.m. on the day after Thanksgiving Day.

Christmas. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited at all times between 11:55 p.m. on Christmas Eve and 8:00 a.m. on the day after Christmas Day.

On-premises service of liquor is prohibited.

On-premises service of beer and wine is prohibited on Sunday. Beer and wine may be served between 11:00 a.m. and 11:55 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Thanksgiving. On-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Thanksgiving Day.

Christmas. On-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.
