In unincorporated areas in Clarke County, Georgia, packaged liquor may be sold between 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 12:30 p.m. and midnight on Sunday, between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 1:55 a.m. on Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. When New Year's Eve falls on a Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be served until 2:30 a.m.

Christmas. On-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Christmas Day.
