Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Resorts. At hotels that meet the definition of a "resort", as defined under the Pasco County code, alcoholic beverages may be served until 3:00 a.m.

New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, alcoholic beverages may be served until 3:00 a.m.
