In Polk City, a town in Polk County, Florida, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited on Sunday. Packaged liquor may be sold between 10:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between noon and midnight on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

On-premises service of liquor is prohibited on Sunday. Liquor may be served between 10:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

Beer and wine may be served between noon and midnight on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. When New Year's Eve falls on a Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be served until 2:00 a.m.

Bottle Clubs. At bottle clubs, alcoholic beverages may be served between noon and midnight on Sundays, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.
