Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., any day of the week.

However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. The county commission has the power to adopt a resolution setting extended hours of service of alcoholic beverages on New Year's Eve.

Golf Courses. At golf courses, alcoholic beverages may be served between 7:00 a.m. and sunset.
