In Apopka, a city in Orange County, Florida, the sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Sunday. Packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between noon and midnight on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. When New Year's Eve falls on a Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be served between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m.

New Year's Day. When New Year's Day falls on a Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be served until 1:00 a.m.

Christmas. On Christmas Day, alcoholic beverages may be served between noon and midnight.

Restricted Hours of Sale for Bars. Bars may not sell alcoholic beverages at any time on Sundays, and may only sell alcoholic beverages until 11:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

In addition, bars are subject to the following exceptions:
  • New Year's Eve: Alcoholic beverages may be sold until 12:30 a.m.
  • New Year's Day: When New Year's Day falls on a Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be sold until 12:30 a.m.
  • Christmas Day: The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
