In unincorporated areas in Nassau County, Florida, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Amelia Island. At certain resorts located in unincorporated areas on Amelia Island, alcoholic beverages may be served beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Sundays.

At restaurants located in unincorporated areas on Amelia Island, alcoholic beverages may be served beginning at noon on Sundays.
