In most parts of Vermont, packaged beer and wine may be sold by private vendors between 6:00 a.m. and midnight, any day of the week.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., any day of the week.

However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, alcoholic beverages may be served until 3:00 a.m.
