In unincorporated areas in Millard County, Utah, packaged beer (up to 4% alcohol by volume) may be sold by private vendors between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., any day of the week.

Packaged alcoholic beverages above 4% alcohol by volume may only be sold in state-owned stores. Locations, operating hours, and other information can be found here.

However, the following exceptions apply:

May through October. Between May 1 and October 31, packaged beer may be sold until 2:00 a.m.

New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, packaged beer may be sold until 3:00 a.m.
