In unincorporated areas in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, packaged beer in large quantities (packs of 12 or more) may be sold by licensed beer distributors between noon and 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Packaged beer may also be sold in smaller quantities by bars and restaurants during the hours of sale indicated below.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Sunday Brunch. At certain restaurants, alcoholic beverages may be served with meals beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday.

St. Patrick's Day. When St. Patrick's Day falls on a Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be served beginning at 7:00 a.m.
