The sale of packaged beer and wine is prohibited on Sunday. Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.
However, the following exceptions apply:
Holidays. The sale of packaged liquor is prohibited on the following days:
- New Year's Day
- The Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
On-premises service of liquor is prohibited.
Beer and wine may be served between noon and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.
