In New City, a census designated place in Rockland County, New York, packaged liquor may be sold between noon and 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 8:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold at any time except between 3:00 a.m. Saturday night and 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas. The sale of packaged liquor is prohibited on Christmas Day.
