In Dover Plains, a census designated place in Dutchess County, New York, packaged liquor may be sold between noon and 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., Sunday through Friday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., on Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:
