In unincorporated areas in Wayne County, New York, packaged liquor may be sold between noon and 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 8:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., any day of the week.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas. The sale of packaged liquor is prohibited on Christmas Day.
