In unincorporated areas in Washington County, New York, packaged liquor may be sold between noon and 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 8:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., Sunday through Friday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., on Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Good Friday. On Good Friday, packaged alcoholic beverages may not be sold between noon and 3:00 p.m.

Christmas. The sale of packaged liquor is prohibited on Christmas Day.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between noon and 4:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.
