In unincorporated areas in Niagara County, New York, packaged liquor may be sold between noon and 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 8:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas. The sale of packaged liquor is prohibited on Christmas Day.

New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, packaged beer and wine may be sold until 3:00 a.m.

  • Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, alcoholic beverages may be served until 3:00 a.m.
