In Arlington, a census designated place in Dutchess County, New York, packaged liquor may be sold between noon and 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., Sunday through Friday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., on Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Extended Hours. Packaged liquor may be sold until 10:00 p.m. on the following days (unless that day falls on a Sunday, in which case the extended hours are in effect on the following Monday):
  • The Wednesday before Thanksgiving
  • December 18th through 24th
  • New Year
