Oak Valley, a census designated place in Gloucester County, New Jersey, packaged liquor may be sold between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Packaged beer and wine may be sold at the following times:
- Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Monday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
However, the following exceptions apply:
New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, packaged beer and wine may be sold until 5:00 a.m.
New Year's Day. When New Year's Day falls on a Saturday, packaged liquor may be sold beginning at 9:00 a.m., and packaged beer and wine may be sold beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve, packaged beer and wine may be sold until 3:00 a.m.
Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants at the following times:
- Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Monday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.
However, the following exceptions apply:
New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, alcoholic beverages may be served until 5:00 a.m.
New Year's Day. When New Year's Day falls on a Saturday, alcoholic beverages may be served beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve, alcoholic beverages may be served until 3:00 a.m.
