In Berkeley Township, Ocean County, New Jersey, packaged liquor may be sold between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., any day of the week.
Packaged beer and wine may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Sunday through Friday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., on Saturday.
However, the following exceptions apply:
New Year's Eve. When New Year's Eve falls on a day other than Saturday, there is no mandatory closing time for packaged beer and wine sales. When New Year's Eve falls on a Saturday, packaged beer and wine may be sold until 5:00 a.m.
