In Alpine, a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, packaged liquor may be sold between noon and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, and between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold between noon and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Election Day. On the day of any federal, state, or local election, packaged alcoholic beverages may not be sold until after the polls have closed.

New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve, packaged beer and wine may be sold until 5:00 a.m.

New Year's Day. On New Year's Day, packaged alcoholic beverages may not be sold before 8:00 a.m.
