In unincorporated areas in Lincoln County, Nevada, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold at any time.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Alamo. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the unincorporated town of Alamo. This prohibition does not apply to businesses that have been licensed to sell alcoholic beverages since before November 25, 1985.

Panaca. The sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the unincorporated town of Panaca, and within a half-mile of the town limits. This prohibition does not apply to businesses that have been licensed to sell alcoholic beverages since before December 12, 1986.
