The information on this page applies to unincorporated areas in Clark County. Incorporated cities in Nevada generally have the power to set their own hours of sale (although in practice there is very little variation from place to place).

In unincorporated areas in Clark County, Nevada, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold at any time.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Holidays. Businesses located in the "Las Vegas strip corridor" may not sell packaged liquor in glass or metal containers during the following times:
  • The 24-hour period beginning at 6:00 a.m. on July 4.
  • The 24-hour period beginning at 6:00 a.m. on December 31.
Businesses located in the "Laughlin strip corridor" may not sell packaged liquor in glass or metal containers during the 66-hour period beginning at noon on Thursday and ending at 6:00 a.m. on the last Sunday in April.
