In unincorporated areas in Clark County, Nevada, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold at any time.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Holidays. Businesses located in the "Las Vegas strip corridor" may not sell packaged liquor in glass or metal containers during the following times:
  • The 24-hour period beginning at 6:00 a.m. on July 4.
  • The 24-hour period beginning at 6:00 a.m. on December 31.
Businesses located in the "Laughlin strip corridor" may not sell packaged liquor in glass or metal containers during the 66-hour period beginning at noon on Thursday and ending at 6:00 a.m. on the last Sunday in April.
