Under Nebraska state law, the sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Sunday. Packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

On-premises service of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Sunday. Alcoholic beverages may be served between 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.
