In Hernando, a city in DeSoto County, Mississippi, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited on Sunday. Packaged liquor may be sold between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Packaged beer and wine may be sold at any time (unless restricted by local ordinance).

However, the following exceptions apply:

Christmas. The sale of packaged liquor is prohibited on Christmas Day.

Liquor may be served in bars and restaurants between 1:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

Beer and wine may be served between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., any day of the week (unless further restricted by local ordinance).
