In unincorporated areas in Somerset County, Maryland, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited on Sunday. On days other than Sunday, packaged liquor may be sold at the following times:

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 12:30 p.m. and midnight on Sunday, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Monday, and between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
