In unincorporated areas in Frederick County, Maryland, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, and between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

Special License Required. Businesses may not sell packaged alcoholic beverages before 1:00 p.m. on Sundays without first obtaining a special license from the county.
