In Baltimore County, Maryland, the sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited on Sunday. Packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 6:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday.

However, the following exceptions apply:

New Year's Eve. There is no mandatory closing time on New Year's Eve.

Certain Sundays in December. On the Sunday preceding Christmas Day, and on the Sunday preceding New Year's Eve, packaged alcoholic beverages may be sold between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Alcoholic beverages may be served in bars and restaurants between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., any day of the week.
