Meal Purchase Required. On Sundays, alcoholic beverages may only be served along with a meal.
New Year's Eve. When New Year's Eve falls on a Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be served between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. (and there is no meal purchase requirement).
Super Bowl Sunday. On Super Bowl Sunday, alcoholic beverages may be served between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. (and there is no meal purchase requirement).
However, the following exceptions apply:
