In unincorporated areas in Stafford County, Kansas, the sale of packaged liquor is prohibited on Sunday. Packaged liquor may be sold between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday (subject to variation by local ordinance).

The sale of packaged beer is prohibited on Sunday. Packaged beer (up to 4% alcohol by volume) may be sold between 6:00 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Saturday (subject to variation by local ordinance).

However, the following exceptions apply:

Holidays. The sale of packaged wine and liquor is prohibited on the following days:
  • Memorial Day
  • The Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
